摘 要:气液连接器是运载火箭与地面气液管路间的关键接口设备,其工作是否可靠直接影响火箭正常发射流程。锁紧与解锁机构是连接器的关键部件,直接影响箭地接口连接和连接器脱落的可靠性。通过对国内外连接器的锁紧及解锁方案技术进行分析,总结现役连接器锁紧及解锁方案技术特点,为后续新研连接器锁紧及解锁机构提供参考。The gas-liquid connector is a key interface device between the launch vehicle and the ground gas-liquid pipeline,and its reliability directly affects the normal launch process of the rocket.The locking and unlocking mechanism is a key component of the connector,which directly affects the reliability of the connection of the rocket-to-ground interface and the disconnection of the connector.Through the analysis of the locking and unlocking scheme technologies of connectors at home and abroad,the technical characteristics of the locking and unlocking schemes of the connectors in commission are summarized,which provides a reference for the subsequent newly developed connector locking and unlocking mechanisms.
