摘  要:通过研究全箭动特性试验八点自由悬吊系统的适用性范围,指导全箭动特性试验的方案设计。研究方法是基于八点自由悬吊系统的结构形式,结合长征五号(CZ-5)运载火箭和长征五号B(CZ-5B)运载火箭的结构形式和试验状态质量特性变化,进行试验状态的助推部段的结构静力分析,同时对状态转换模拟液加注和排泄典型状态进行结构静力分析,通过对比分析受力状态和规律,进而优化模拟液加注和排泄流程。分析结果表明相对CZ-5,CZ-5B助推尾段的剪力载荷较大,载荷最大值发生在CZ-5B起飞状态相关的状态转换过程。由于最大载荷状态存在影响结构安全余量的风险,优化了模拟液加注泄出流程,降低结构载荷。最终通过试验验证,证明了优化方案的有效性。The purpose is to guide the design of the integrated launch vehicle modal test scheme by studying the applicability range of the eight-point free suspension system.The research method is based on the structural form of the eight-point free suspension system,combining the structural form of the LM-5 and LM-5 B launch vehicles with the changing status of test quality characteristics.The structural static force analysis of the booster segment of the test state is carried out,.At the same time,the static analysis of the typical state of injection and discharge of the simulated liquid iss carried out.By comparing and analyzing the force state,the process of filling and discharging of simulated liquid is optimized.The analysis results show that compared with LM-5,LM-5 B has a larger shearing load at the rear of the boost,and the maximum load occurs in the transition process related to the take-off state of LM-5 B.Because the maximum load state has the risk of affecting the safety allowance of the structure,the injection and discharge process of the simulated liquid is optimized.Finally,the validity of the optimization scheme is proved by the experimental verification.
