青海省2016—2019年学生肺结核病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的研究青海省学生肺结核流行特征,为预防控制学生结核病提供科学依据。方法收集2016—2019年青海省学生肺结核资料,分析流行特征,使用ArcMap 10.8绘制疾病空间分布图。结果青海省2016—2019年学生肺结核报告病例累计2691例,各年报告发病率为46.10/10万、68.59/10万、73.49/10万、85.96/10万,呈逐年上升趋势(χ^(2)=116.45,P<0.01)。每年3—9月高发;患者以18岁及以上学生人群为主,女生多于男生,其中藏族学生报告病例最多;青海南部地区学生肺结核疫情最为严重,以玉树、果洛两地居多,但西宁市2018—2019年肺结核疫情上升迅速。结论青海省学生肺结核疫情较为严重,学校应该加强结核病预防宣传教育,重点关注青海南部地区与西宁地区。Objective The study aims to explore the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Qinghai Province,to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of students’tuberculosis.Methods Data on tuberculosis among students from 2016 to 2019 in Qinghai province were collected and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed,the spatial distribution map were drawn by using ArcMap 10.8.Results During 2016-2019,there were 2691 reported cases of tuberculosis among students in Qinghai Province the reporting rate were 46.10/105,68.50/105,73.49/105,85.96/105,increased year by year(χ^(2)=116.45,P<0.01).With a high incidence from March to September each year.The tuberculosis patients were mainly aged 18 years and above,with more reported female cases than male cases and more Tibetan cases.Most of students’tuberculosis cases were reported in southern Qinghai,especially in Yushu and Guoluo areas,and sharp increase was observed in Xining during 2018 to 2019.Conclusion Students’tuberculosis in Qinghai is still serious.Schools should strengthen education on tuberculosis prevention,especially those in southern Qinghai and Xining.
