摘 要:本文提出了一种外方内圆双管四角填充泡沫铝的新型吸能盒设计,开展了准静态轴压实验研究,分析了新型填充结构中各组分相互作用的影响,并探讨了胶合作用对填充吸能盒力学性能的影响。结果表明,新型填充吸能盒的轴压力平稳程度、总吸能和比吸能都较无填充吸能盒更优。胶合作用除略微增大吸能盒载荷波动度外,对其余性能均有优化作用。胶合新型填充吸能盒轴压力平均值比无填充和有填充吸能盒分别提高87.2%和11.7%,其总吸能比后两者分别提高84.5%和11.3%,其比吸能比后两者分别提高13.8%和9.3%。Quasi-static axial compression tests were carried out on a new crash box with a square outer tube and a cylindrical inner tube and foam filled in corners.The effect of the interaction among the components on the new structure was analyzed.The adhesion effect between aluminum foam core and the tubes on the new structure was also investigated.The results show that the new structure crash box has better performances of the load fluctuation,energy absorption,and specific energy absorption than the unfilled crash box.The adhesion causes a little decrease in the load fluctuation and an increase in other properties.The average force of the glued and filled crash box is 87.2%and 11.7%higher than those of the unfilled and filled crash boxes without glue,respectively.The total energy absorption of the glued and filled crash box is 84.5%and 11.3%higher than those of the other two crash boxes,and the specific energy absorption of the glued and filled crash box is 13.8%and 9.3%higher than those of the other two crash boxes,respectively.
