摘  要:以磷石膏为基材,通过在不同温度下煅烧制备建筑石膏粉,优化制备工艺并对其缓凝性能进行研究。结果表明,磷石膏制备建筑石膏粉最佳工艺为煅烧温度250℃,反应时间1 h;在此工艺条件下制备的建筑石膏粉各项指标符合GB/T 9776-2008要求;Sg-01蛋白类缓凝剂对石膏建筑粉的缓凝效果最佳,可满足施工要求,且对石膏强度损失率最低。Building gypsum powder is prepared from phosphogypsum substrate at different calcination temperatures, its process is optimized and its retarding experiment is studied. The results show that the best process for preparing phosphogypsum-based building gypsum from phosphogypsum is calcination temperature of250 ℃ and reaction time of 1 h;The indexes of building gypsum powder prepared under this process condition meet the requirements of GB/T 9776-2008;The retarding effect of sg-01 protein retarder on building gypsum is the best, which can meet the construction requirements, and the loss rate of gypsum strength is the lowest.
