摘  要:通过对磷矿脱镁尾矿的组分和粒度分布等分析,调整控制磷矿脱镁生产过程中的相关工艺参数及指标,找到尾矿P_(2)O_(5)含量高的原因。通过优化控制磷矿脱镁矿浆细度、扫选矿浆pH和浮选机泡沫层厚度等工艺指标,有效降低了尾矿P_(2)O_(5)含量,提高了资源回收率。Based on analyzing the composition,content and particle size distribution of phosphate rock demineralization tailings,the relevant process parameters and indexes in the production process of phosphate rock demineralization are adjusted and controlled,and the reason for the high P_(2)O_(5) content of tailings is found.By optimizing the process parameters such as fineness of phosphate rock,pH value of pulp and thickness of floatation layer,the P_(2)O_(5) content of tailings can be effectively reduced and the recovery rate of resources is increased.
