摘  要:浮法玻璃生产过程中,锡槽内锡液对流形式显著影响着玻璃产品质量。采用有限体积法,模拟了生产过程中锡槽内锡液不同深度的流动情况,分析了锡液流动形式对产品成形质量的影响。结果表明:较大的锡液深度容易导致锡槽内紊流增加,严重影响产品品质和生产安全。在满足生产需要的前提下,可适当降低锡槽内宽段锡液深度至55 mm以下并设计阶梯状锡槽,减少有害流动发生。In the process of float glass production,the convection form of liquid tin In tin bath has a significant effect on the quality of glass products.The flow of molten tin at different depths in the tin bath using float glass process was simulated by finite volume method(FVM)and the effects of convection form of liquid tin on the product forming quality was analyzed.The results showed that larger depth of molten tin will easily lead to the increase of turbulence in the bath and seriously affect the product quality and production safety.On the premise of meeting production needs,the depth of liquid tin of wide section in the bath can be appropriately reduced to below 55 mm and the stepped bath can be designed to reduce the occurrence of harmful flow.
