摘 要:公路预应力孔道压浆料因现场制备均化效果差,严重影响孔道压浆密实度。经现场调研并结合流场分析,对于立轴式搅拌设备而言,搅拌叶扰动面积相对较小,且搅拌器的下部存在一定范围的静止区域,不适合大容器的制浆搅拌。卧式搅拌结构相比立式搅拌结构,对浆体的剪切和揉搓更充分,浆体中粉体颗粒分散均匀度更高,更适合预应力孔道压浆材料的现场施工制备。Due to the poor homogenization effect of on-site preparation of highway prestressed pore canal grouting,the density of pore canal grouting is seriously affected.Through field investigation and flow field analysis,for vertical spindle stirring equipment,stirring blade disturbance surface is relatively small,and there is a certain range of static area in the lower part of the mixer,which is not suitable for large container pulping and mixing.Compared with the vertical stirring structure,the horizontal stirring structure has more sufficient shearing and rubbing of the slurry and higher dispersion uniformity of powder particles in the slurry,which is more suitable for the field construction preparation of prestressed pore canal grouting materials.
