摘  要:配合力是衡量杂交水稻亲本应用价值的主要标准。R1990是由分子标记辅助选择技术选育的广谱恢复系,为探究其品质改良选系的配合力表现,试验采用不完全双列杂交设计,以3个R1990选系及其亲本9311、蜀恢527为恢复系,与4个三系不育系、3个两系不育系进行配组,并对组合的产量性状进行配合力分析。结果表明,R1990选系所配组合的平均单株产量均显著高于9311和蜀恢527所配组合,其中以R1990-1所配组合的产量最高;R1990选系在单株产量上的一般配合力效应值和特殊配合力方差均显著高于9311和蜀恢527,其中以R1990-1的配合力表现最佳。Combining ability is an important standard to evaluate the application value of a hybrid rice parent. R1990 is a broad-spectrum rice restorer line developed by the molecular marker-assisted selection. To understand the combining ability of the improved lines of R1990, three improved lines from R1990 and their parents 9311 and Shuhui 527 were used as the restorer lines to make crosses with four three-line sterile lines and three two-line sterile lines by the NC Ⅱ design to analyze the combining ability of the yield related traits. The results showed that the average yield per plant of the hybrids of R1990 improved lines was significantly higher than that of the hybrids of 9311 and Shuhui 527, and the hybrids of R1990-1 had the highest yield. The effect value of general combining ability and the variance of special combining ability of the R1990 improved lines were greater than those of 9311 and Shuhui 527, and R1990-1 had the best performance in the combining ability.
