摘  要:镍基硬质合金因具有较好的耐蚀性、弱磁性、较低的价格等特点受到越来越多的重视,生产者和使用者都迫切希望弄清其磁性能具体参数。本文通过不同工艺制备了不同镍含量和配碳量的镍基硬质合金,对其组织结构与磁性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,镍基硬质合金混合料粉末均具有一定的弱磁性,但氢气脱蜡烧结后试样均无磁性,真空脱蜡试样存在磁性,其饱和磁化强度(M_(s))0.47~1.34 emu/g,矫顽力(H_(c))58.93~123.86 Oe;合金WC粒径越小,合金的矫顽力越大;镍粘结相数量越多,合金的磁性越强。Nickel based cemented carbide has been paid more and more attention due to its good corrosion resistance,weak magnetic and low price.Producers and users are eager to find out the specific parameters of its magnetic properties.In this paper,Ni based cemented carbide with different nickel content and carbon content was prepared by different preparation technology.The structure and magnetic properties of the cemented carbide were analyzed.The results show that the Ni based cemented carbide mixture powder has some weak magnetic properties,but the samples are non-magnetic after hydrogen dewaxing sintering,the vacuum dewaxing samples have magnetism,and their saturation magnetization(M_(S))is 0.47~1.34 emu/g,and the coercive force(H_(C))is 58.93~123.86 Oe;the smaller the WC Particle size,the greater the coercivity of the alloy;and the more the number of Ni bonding phases,the stronger the magnetic properties of the alloy.
