摘  要:研究目的:目前,加固铁路既有线顶进框构桥多采用传统的D型便梁法,但其存在人工挖孔桩施作困难、安全风险高、地质适应性差、加固体系整体刚度小等问题。本文借鉴和深化研究横承式便梁法的线外钻孔桩支墩与横承梁共同支承线路加固便梁的技术思路,采用钻孔桩支墩结合钢大横梁支承D梁进行线路加固,并将其应用于白银路下穿京包、集包两条既有铁路的立交桥工程中。研究结论:(1)横承式便梁法可实现快速安拆和重复利用,明显提升铁路线路加固体系的刚度和稳定性,保证施工质量和安全,极大提高施工期间的运营安全;(2)横承式便梁法采用单线单孔整体拼装、整体横移就位的施工工法,将横承梁作为便梁的拼装平台和横移轨道,工序简洁,设备机具要求低;(3)横承式便梁法可解决工程地质复杂、地下水位高、中砂层较厚、施工中极易形成流砂等情况下,采用常规的人工挖孔桩支撑架空体系无法实施的技术难题;(4)借鉴横承式便梁法的技术思路,白银路下穿京包、集包两条既有双线铁路的立交桥工程的线路加固技术,可为横承式便梁法推广应用积累工程经验。Research purposes:At present,the traditional D-Beam convenient method is often used to reinforce the existing railway jacking framed bridge,but it has some problems such as difficult construction of manual digging pile,high safety risk,poor geological adaptability and small overall stiffness of reinforcement system.In this paper,the technical idea of transverse-supported beam method with bored pile piers of outside railway lines and transverse bearing beam jointly supporting temporary beam is researched deeply,bored pile piers combined with steel beam supporting D beam is used for railway reinforcement,successfully completed the project of Baiyin road passing through Beijing-Baotou railway and Jining-Baotou railway,which has accumulated engineering practical experience for the application of the transverse-supported beam method.Research conclusions:(1)The transverse-supported beam method can realize rapid installation,demolition and reuse,significantly improve the stiffness and stability of the line reinforcement system,ensure the construction quality and safety,and greatly improve the operation safety during the construction period.(2)The transverse-supported beam method adopts the construction method of single line single hole integral assembly and overall transverse movement in place,the transverse bearing beam is used as the assembly platform and transverse moving track of the beam,which has simple process and low requirements for equipment.(3)The transverse-supported beam method can solve the technical problem that the overhead system supported by conventional manual hole digging pile can not be implemented in the case of complex geological conditions,high groundwater level,thick medium sand layer and easy to form quicksand during construction.(4)Referring to the technical ideas of the transverse-supported beam method,the railway reinforcement technology method of Baiyin road crossing Beijing-Baotou railway and Jining-Baotou railway overpass project has accumulated engineering practical experience for the ex
