摘 要:为了解陕北地区新建农居的冬季室内热环境状况,以该地区新型窑洞和平房建筑为对象进行实地调研,得到两种类型建筑的构造特点,并选取典型的农宅分别测试其冬季室内外空气温度、空气相对湿度、壁面温度和气流速度等热环境影响参数,利用PMV-PPD指标进行评价,结果表明在既有的两类农宅中,新型窑洞室内热环境明显优于平房建筑,新型窑洞室内热环境基本能满足人体热舒适要求,而新型平房的冬季室内热环境距达到最低标准要求相差很大,亟需提高围护结构的热工性能。针对平房建筑室内热环境差的问题,提出节能改进措施,并建立了太阳能试验房,对试验房进行了冬季室内热环境测试,结果表明比改造前室内温度提高了4℃左右,达到冬季室内最低温度16℃的要求,在不增加能耗的前提下有效改善了室内热环境。为陕北地区提高乡村人居环境、降低农居建筑能耗提供科学依据。In order to understand the new rural houses′indoor thermal environment of Northern Shaanxi in winter,the new cave houses and bungalows in this area were taken as the investigation objects,then to obtain two types of buildings′structural characteristics.The typical rural houses are tested on thermal environment parameters in winter,including the indoor and outdoor air temperature,relative humidity,wall temperature and airflow velocity,etc.,evaluating by using PMV-PPD index.The results indicate that in the existing two types of rural houses,the new cave houses′indoor thermal environment is better than that of the bungalows,new cave houses′indoor thermal environment can basically meet the human thermal comfort,while the new bungalows′indoor thermal environment in winter is far from the minimum standard,also the thermal performance of envelope construction needs to be improved immediately.Secondly,aiming at the problem of poor indoor thermal environment of bungalows,the improvement measures of energy-saving were proposed,and the solar energy test room has already been established.The indoor thermal environment of the test room in winter has been tested,the results show that the indoor temperature is about 4℃higher than before,and could meet the standard of 16℃which is the required minimum indoor temperature in winter.The indoor thermal environment has been effectively improved without increasing energy consumption.It provides a scientific basis for improving rural living environment and reducing energy consumption of rural buildings in Northern Shaanxi.
