摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,常伴有各种眼部并发症。常见的包括干眼、角膜结膜炎、睑缘炎、圆锥角膜、白内障、视网膜脱离、青光眼、眼部感染以及度普利尤单抗(dupilumab)相关眼部并发症。眼部并发症的发病机制复杂。皮肤科医生需要尽早识别和干预这些眼部并发症,必要时与眼科医生联合处理,以防止出现不可逆的视力障碍等。本文对各种并发症的临床特点、病理机制以及治疗策略进行了回顾。Atopic dermatitis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease,often accompanied by various ocular complications.Common ocular complications include dry eye,keratoconjunctivitis,blepharitis,keratoconus,cataracts,retinal detachment,glaucoma,eye infections,and dupilumab-related ocular complications.The pathogenesis of ocular complication is complicated.Dermatologists need to identify and intervene in these ocular complications as early as possible,and cooperate with ophthalmologists when necessary to prevent irreversible visual impairment.This article reviews the clinical features,pathological mechanism and treatment strategies of various complications.
