摘  要:研究真空条件不同挥发温度和温度梯度下镁蒸气的冷凝行为。结果表明,随着挥发温度的升高,冷凝初始点温度变化较小,但镁蒸气冷凝区域跨度增大,得到的金属镁冷凝产物颗粒粒径减小。当温度梯度固定时,挥发温度从900℃升高至1200℃,镁蒸气的冷凝初始点温度为653.7℃~708.3℃,镁冷凝区域长度从11.5 cm增加至16 cm,且镁蒸气冷凝颗粒粒径从68.33μm减小至24.60μm;当挥发温度固定时,温度梯度从30.23℃/cm升高至39.85℃/cm,镁冷凝区域长度从14 cm降低至10 cm,说明温度梯度增加,冷凝距离变短,对粒度大小影响较小。该研究结果可用于指导金属镁连续生产过程或连续炼镁冷凝器的设计。The condensation behavior of magnesium vapor at different volatilization temperatures and temperature gradients was studied.The results show that with the increase of volatilization temperature,the initial condensation temperature basically does not change,the condensation region span of magnesium vapor increases,and the particle size of condensation products decreases.when the volatilization temperature increases from 900 to 1200℃,the initial condensation temperature of magnesium vapor is 653.7~708.3℃,the span of magnesium condensation area increases from 11.5 cm to 16 cm,and the particle size of magnesium vapor condensation decreases from 68.33μm to 24.60μm.When the temperature gradient increases from 30.23℃/cm to 39.85℃/cm,the span of condensation region decreases from 14 cm to 10 cm,and has little effect on particle size.The research results can be used to guide the continuous production process of magnesium and the design of condenser for continuous magnesium production.
