应用型转型高校教学督导体系构建研究

摘　　要：教学督导是保障教学质量的关键,应用型转型高校的教学督导工作具有特殊性。对应用型转型高校教学督导工作的现状进行调研,发现其中的问题,提出从教学督导评价体系、保障体系、反馈机制等方面构建具有应用型转型高校特色的教学督导体系,具有一定的意义。Teaching supervision is the key to guaranteeing the quality of teaching,and the teaching supervision of application-oriented universities has its particularities.In the paper below,it is proposed to construct a teaching supervision system with characteristics of applied transformation colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching supervision evaluation system,guarantee system,feedback mechanism,etc.on the basis of investigating the status quo of teaching supervision in application-oriented universities,which will be of certain significance for future teaching management.
