乡村振兴战略背景下农村人力资源开发探析——以青海省民和回族土族自治县为例

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略背景下,加强农村人力资源开发,对于促进农村产业高质量发展,加快农村农业现代化进程,具有重大意义。2020年4月,青海省民和回族土族自治县退出贫困县名单,通过实地调查和问卷调查分析该自治县的农村人力资源现状,找出该自治县农村人力资源开发存在的问题,并给出合理的解决问题的对策,能够推动乡村振兴战略实施。In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,strengthening the development of rural human resources is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of rural industries and accelerating the process of rural agricultural modernization.In April 2020,Qinghai Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County withdrew from the list of poverty-stricken counties.Under such a background,an analysis was made of current situation of rural human resources in the autonomous county through field investigations and questionnaire surveys to locate the problems in the development of rural human resources there and seek corresponding solutions with a purpose to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
