摘  要:为了研究焊缝的冲击韧性,针对接焊缝和十字对接焊缝2种形式的Q420C结构钢焊缝进行了低温冲击韧性试验,得到了20、0、-20、-40、-60℃这5种测试温度下焊缝区、热影响区的冲击功(AKV2),分析了AKV2的大小与温度的关系,比较了2种连接形式下的宏观断口形貌,并对比了对接焊缝的冲击韧性与钢材强度的关系。结果表明:2种形式的焊缝及热影响区冲击功均变化明显;随着温度的降低,材料明显转脆,热影响区具有更好的韧性;对接焊缝连接在5种测试温度下的冲击功均大于十字对接焊缝连接;就对接焊缝而言,焊缝区韧性随钢材强度的增加而退化,热影响区韧性随钢材强度变化不明显。Low temperature impact toughness tests were carried out for Q420C structural steel with butt welds and cross butt welds.The impact energy values of weld zone and heat-affected zone at 20,0,-20,-40,-60℃were obtained.The paper analyzed the relationship between temperature and the impact energy in heat-affected zone(AKV2).The macro-fracture morphologies of the two connection forms were compared,and the relationship between the impact toughness of the butt weld and the strength of the steel was studied.The results show that the impact energy value of the weld and the heat-affected zone of the two kinds of welds changes significantly.The material becomes brittle with the decrease of temperature,and the heat-affected zone has better toughness.The impact energy value of the butt weld joint are greater than that of the cross butt weld joint at the five testing temperatures.For butt welds,the toughness of weld zone degrades with the increase of steel strength,while the toughness of heat-affected zone does not change obviously with steel strength.
