摘 要:为了提高带闪蒸器的喷气增焓式(flash-tank vapor injection,FTVI)制冷系统性能及解决中间补气的匹配问题,建立数学模型和热力学模型,分析补气压力对排气温度、制冷量和制冷性能系数(coefficient of performance,COP)的影响,并在蒸发温度为-30~-10℃、冷凝温度为35~50℃工况下,探究补气压力对系统性能相关参数的影响。结果表明:存在最佳的补气压力和补气比,可使排气温度最小,COP值最大;补气比、耗功、制冷量随着补气压力的增大而减小;相对于蒸发温度改变而言,冷凝温度改变对最佳补气压力的影响更大;最佳补气压力随蒸发温度的增大呈线性增大,随冷凝温度的增大呈整体增大、局部温度范围稳定的趋势。In order to improve the performance of flash-tank vapor injection(FTVI)refrigeration system with flash evaporator and solve the matching problem of intermediate air replenishment,a mathematical model and thermodynamic model were established to analyze the influence of air replenishment pressure on exhaust temperature,refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance(COP).Under the working conditions of evaporation temperature of-30--10℃and the condensation temperature of 35-50℃,the influence of supplemental gas pressure on relevant parameters of system performance was explored.The results show that there is an optimal supplemental gas pressure and supplemental gas ratio,which makes the minimum exhaust temperature and maximum COP.The supplementary gas ratio,power consumption,and cooling capacity decrease with the increase of the supplementary gas pressure.Compared with the variation of evaporation temperature,the variation of condensation temperature has a greater impact on the optimal supplemental gas pressure.The optimal supplementary pressure increases linearly with the increase of the evaporation temperature.As the condensing temperature increases,the optimal supplementary pressure increases and it becomes stable in the local temperature range.
