摘　　要：为了把握现有有关企业不端行为背后的原因及影响因素,以识别未来研究方向与机会,通过系统梳理发表于国内外重要学术期刊的相关实证研究,总结其理论视角,从高管个人、组织、环境3个层面识别影响企业不端行为的重要因素,对比中西方学者在研究焦点上的差异,分析现有研究的不足,凝练若干后续研究方向。To understand the underlying reasons why firms may get involved in misconduct and to identity the future research directions and opportunities,this study conducted a systematic review on existing literature published on important academic journals at home and abroad.We tried to summarize the theories or theoretical views used in prior studies;to identify the important drivers of corporate misconduct from three levels including executive characteristics,firm characteristics,and external environment;to compare the different focuses between studies conducted in China and in non-China contexts;and to pick up the limitations for future research directions.
