不确定性情境下即兴能力对科技型新企业绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：构建即兴能力、技术商业化、环境不确定性与企业绩效间的关系模型。通过对深圳、广州等城市的315份科技型新企业样本的实证研究发现:(1)即兴能力是科技型新企业应对内外部变革环境的关键能力,且积极影响新企业技术商业化能力;(2)技术商业化能力积极影响科技型新企业绩效;(3)科技型新企业的即兴能力通过技术商业化能力而间接影响绩效,即技术商业化在即兴能力与科技型新企业绩效关系间存在中介作用;(4)环境不确定性强化了即兴能力与技术商业化能力间的关系。This study constructs a theoretical model to reveal the relationships among improvisational capability,technology commercialization capability,environmental uncertainty and new venture performance.Based on the empirical study of 315 new venture samples in China,four main findings have been concluded.First,improvisation capability has a positive influence on new ventures’technology commercialization capability.Second,technology commercialization capability positively effects on technology-based new venture performance.Third,technology commercialization capability has a positive mediating role in the relationship between improvisation capability and new venture performance.Fourth,environmental uncertainty strengthens the relationship between improvisational capabilities and technological commercialization capabilities.
