经济转型背景下城市土地城镇化格局及影响因素--以长江经济带城市为例

摘　　要：为研究经济转型背景下的土地城镇化及其影响机制,利用地理空间统计模型和面板回归模型,对长江经济带土地城镇化进行分析,并探究经济转型背景下经济全球化、市场化、分权化对城市土地城镇化水平的影响作用。结果表明,1)2009—2018年,长江经济带土地城镇化水平呈不断上升的趋势,但是区域差异显著,土地城镇化水平空间分布呈现东北高-西南低的集聚特征,土地城镇化水平的热点区域存在显著的空间极化现象,2)随着中国的经济转型,全球化、市场化以及分权化等因素均显著影响了长江经济带土地城镇化水平。此外,城市人口密度、经济发展水平、产业结构、固定资产投资均影响长江经济带土地城镇化。然而,经济全球化下的各类因素对长江经济带不同区域土地城镇化的作用程度存在一定的差异。Under the background of economic transformation,it is of great significance to explore land urbanization and its influencing factors.This study measures the level of urban land urbanization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from^(2)009 to 2018,and analyzes the impact of economic globalization,marketization and decentralization on the level of urban land urbanization in the context of economic transformation.The results show that the land urbanization level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a rising trend,but there are significant regional differences from 2009 to 2018.The spatial distribution of the land urbanization level shows the clustering feature of high northeast to low southwest,and the hot areas with land urbanization level have significant spatial polarization.The results of regression analyses show that with China’s economic transformation,globalization,marketization,decentralization and other factors have significantly affected the land urbanization level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.In addition,the urban population density,economic development level,industrial structure,and fixed asset investment have all affected the urban land urbanization of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.However,various factors under the economic globalization have different effects on the land urbanization in different regions of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
