摘  要:针对建筑工程管理信息化系统,设计一种建筑施工项目水电节能评估算法模型,为其提供足够丰富的大数据资源。对建筑施工现场进行分区域实时抄表电表、水表物联网系统升级,采集到的分区用水量、用电量数据与系统中的人员、设备、工序管理子系统数据充分整合,应用了数据分摊算法、线性模糊矩阵交叉算法、加权融合算法等构架该模型。将该模型应用到建筑工程管理信息化系统后,项目用电量、用水量均得到了有效控制。该评估算法模型具有显著的管理实践价值。An algorithm model for the evaluation of water and electricity energy-saving in building construction projects is designed to provide enough abundant big data resources for the information-based system of construction project management.The electricity meter and water meter IOT systems are upgraded in real time according to different areas in the construction site.The collected water consumption and electricity consumption data in different regions are fully integrated with the personnel,equipment and process management subsystem in the system.The data allocation algorithm,linear fuzzy matrix intersection algorithm,weighted fusion algorithm,etc.are applied to construct the model.The electricity consumption and water consumption of the project are effectively controlled after the model is applied to the information system of construction project management.The evaluation algorithm model has significant value in management practice.
