摘 要:为了进一步优化自主研制的饲料切揉组合式粉碎机相关参数,提高机具作业性能。选择秸秆丝化率为试验指标,以刀轴转速、锤齿间隙及锤片数量为影响因素,基于正交试验研究优化机具相关参数。通过对试验结果的极差分析和方差分析,得出影响秸秆丝化率的因素主次为:刀轴转速、锤片数量、锤齿间隙。优化机具参数为:秸秆粉碎揉丝刀轴转速为2400 r/min、锤齿间隙为10 mm、锤片数量为40片。重复试验表明:该机秸秆丝化率>90%。In order to further optimize the parameters of the self-developed straw rubbing filament machine and improve the performance of the machinery.With the straw silkiness rate as the test index,and the cutter shaft rotation speed,hammer tooth gap and hammer number as the influence factors,orthogonal experiment was conducted to optimize the relevant parameters of the machine,Through the experiment test for range analysis and variance analysis,the main factors influencing the straw silkiness rate is got as follows:the cutter shaft rotation speed,hammer number,hammer tooth gap.the parameters of the equipment are optimized as follows:the cutter shaft rotation speed is 2400 r/min;the hammer number is 40;hammer tooth gape is 10mm.Repeat testing shows that straw silkiness is more than 90%.
