摘  要:精准施肥是精准农业系统的重要组成部分。为实现各作业单元土壤与作物施肥的综合平衡,合理利用化肥,降低生产成本,减少环境污染,提高肥料利用率和经济效益,实现有机肥料的定量、定向、高效深施,设计了一种基于北斗导航系统的新型履带式施肥机,通过北斗导航系统控制液压装置行走,输入施肥处方数据控制施肥机落肥,达到精量施肥和变量施肥的目的,给出了新型履带式施肥机的作业参数和基本结构图,阐述其工作原理,为今后履带式变量开沟施肥机的研发提供了方法,符合现有精准农业的发展国情。Precision fertilization is an important part of precision agriculture system.In order to achieve the comprehensive balance of soil and crop fertilization,rational use of chemical fertilizer,reduce production costs,reduce environmental pollution,improve fertilizer utilization rate and economic benefits,and realize the quantitative,directional and efficient deep application of organic fertilizer.A new crawler type fertilizer applicator based on Beidou navigation system was designed.The hydraulic pressure device was controlled by Beidou navigation system,and the fertilizer dropping of the fertilizer applicator was controlled by inputting fertilizer prescription data,In order to achieve the purpose of precision fertilization and variable rate fertilization,the operation parameters and basic structure diagram of the new crawler type fertilizer applicator were given,and its working principle was elaborated,which provided a method for the future research and development of crawler type variable rate furrow fertilizer applicator,and is in line with the current development situation of precision agriculture.
