摘　　要：主要论述了基于光度立体视觉和计算机视觉的检测技术的的体育用品中合成皮革的可视化缺陷检测方法与原理。基于计算机视觉技术的检测是一种重要的非接触式测量方法,能够直接模拟人类视觉系统并根据外部环境和条件有效地处理所获取的图像,并且能够准确,实时地做出反应。光度立体视觉皮革可视化缺陷检测方法准确率可靠,能有效检测不同材质、不同纹理皮革的多种缺陷,具有一定的通用性。In this regard,this paper introduces a visual defect detection method and its principle of synthetic leather in sporting goods based on both photometric stereo vision and computer vision detection technology.Such a detection method based on computer vision technology is an important non-contact measurement method,which can not only directly simulate the human visual system and effectively process the acquired image according to the external environment and conditions,but make accurate and real-time response.Such a detection method based on photometric stereo vision has reliable accuracy and a certain versatility,which can effectively detect a variety of defects of either various materials or different textures of leather goods.
