摘  要:研究分析了聚乙烯电线电缆专用料的物化性质、产品质量指标要求等特性,设计了一系列聚乙烯电线电缆专用高效复合抗氧剂配方,并对其进行了应用效果研究,获得了突出的应用效果,其中B配方已经在多个电线电缆专用料生产厂家批量供货,所生产的聚乙烯电线电缆料产品各项指标优良,加工客户普遍反馈解决了长期以来常规抗氧剂抗氧化性能不足、添加量大、析出严重等难题。This paper studied and analyzed the physical and chemical properties,product quality indexes and other characteristics of special materials for polyethylene wire and cable.We designed a series of highefficiency compound antioxidant formulations for polyethylene wire and cable,and discussed their application effects to achieve an outstanding effect,among which the Formula B has been supplied in batches by many manufacturers of special material for wire and cable.The production of polyethylene wire and cable material has excellent indexes,and feedback from processing customers proves that such long-time bottlenecking problems have been solved as poor oxidation resistance,large amount of addition and serious precipitation of conventional antioxidants.
