摘 要:根据层状双金属氢氧化物(LDH)的阻隔及催化成炭作用,将合成的Co Al-LDH作为协效剂,与APP/PER膨胀型阻燃体系(IFR)复配协同阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)。研究发现:引入的Co Al-LDH能够有效催化聚合物交联成炭,与IFR存在协同阻燃作用。当添加0.3%(质量分数,下同) Co Al-LDH、29.7%IFR时,HIPE-3复合材料的拉伸强度达到23.85 MPa,冲击强度提高到2.69 kJ/m2,LOI达到28.5%,UL-94达到V-0级别,燃烧后生成连续且致密的炭层。According to the barrier and catalytic char formation effects of the layered double metal hydroxide(LDH),CoAl-LDH was synthesized and used as a synergist with IFR in the flame retardant HIPS.It was found that the introduced coal LDH can effectively catalyze the cross-linking of polymer to carbon,and has a synergistic flame retardant effect with IFR.When 0.3%CoAl-LDH and 29.7%IFR were added,the tensile strength and impact resistance of the composites reached 23.85 MPa and 2.69 kJ/m^(2) respectively,while the LOI of the composites reached 28.5%and UL-94 reached the V-0 level.Moreover,continuous and compact char layers were formed after the burning of the HIPS composites.
