摘 要:钻井隔水导管承载力和下入深度设计对井口稳定性具有重要意义。基于静力触探试验(CPT)的单桩承载力计算理论,研究了砂土密实程度、隔水导管下深对隔水导管摩阻力及承载力影响。研究结果表明:随隔水导管下深增大,桩侧单位摩阻力出现退化,与密实砂土相比,中等密实砂土摩擦疲劳效应显著;与CPT法相比,API法计算密实砂土中隔水导管承载力偏低,计算中等密实砂土中隔水导管承载力偏高,导管下深50m时高估幅度达134.8%。结合北部湾工程实际,验证了CPT法计算承载力具有较高的准确性,可为隔水导管承载力计算提供参考。The design of bearing capacity and penetration depth of drilling riser is of great significance to wellhead stability.The influence of sandy soil compactness and riser penetration depth on the friction and bearing capacity of riser are studied based on the calculation theory of static cone penetration testing(CPT)for single leg bearing capacity.The results show that with the increase of penetration depth,the unit friction at leg side degreases,and the friction fatigue effect of medium compacted sandy soil is significant compared with that of compacted sandy soil;Compared with CPT approach,the bearing capacity of riser in compacted sandy soil calculated by API(American Petroleum Institute code)approach is lower,and the bearing capacity of riser in medium compacted sandy soil calculated by API approach is higher,and the overvaluation range can be as high as 134.8%when the riser is penetrated to 50 m.The bearing capacity calculated by CPT approach is verified in the engineering practice in Beibu Gulf,which is proved of high accuracy of the CPT approach and can be used to provide reference for calculation of riser bearing capacity.
