中医预防保健联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果及对相关血液指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医预防保健联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果及对相关血液指标的影响。方法将2019年1月到2021年1月我院收治的90例营养性缺铁性贫血患儿随机分2组,各45例。对照组单用右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗,研究组于右旋糖酐铁口服液基础上增加中医预防保健。比较2组临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应及治疗前后相关血液指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)]变化。结果研究组临床总有效率为98%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各类症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组Hb、MCH及MCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为2%,低于对照组的18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医预防保健联合右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗小儿营养性缺铁性贫血的效果显著,可有效促进其症状缓解,改善相关血液指标,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevention and health care combined with iron dextran oral liquid on children nutritional iron deficiency anemia and the influence on the related blood index.Methods A total of 90 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45).The patients in control group were treated with iron dextran oral liquid,and the ones in study group were added TCM prevention and health care on the basis of iron dextran oral liquid.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,adverse reactions and the changes of blood indexes,such as hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and mean corpuscular volume(MCV)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in study group was 98%,which was higher than that in control group(80%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of all kinds of symptoms in study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Hb,MCH and MCV in study group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was 2%,which was lower than 18%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM prevention and health care combined with iron dextran oral liquid in the treatment of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia is significant,which can effectively promote the remission of symptoms and improve the related blood indexes,and it has high security.
