摘 要:简述手持式电动工具在作业中产生的反冲现象及潜在风险。以电圆锯、锤钻等典型产品为例分析反冲发生原因、检测原理以及常见识别方法和各自优缺点。结合多项国际专利中涉及的相关技术方案,对主流电动工具制造商采用的防反冲保护方式作介绍。The kickback phenomenon and its potential risk of hand-held electric tools during operation are briefly described.Taking typical products such as electric circular saws and hammer drills as examples,the causes of kickback,testing principle,common identification methods and relative advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Combined with the relevant technical solution involved in many international patents,the anti-kickback protection methods adopted by mainstream electric tool manufacturers are introduced.
