摘　　要：目的探讨心衰合剂结合参附强心汤对射血分数保留心衰患者6MWT、心功能指标的影响.方法选取我院2019年2月-2021年1月收治的100例射血分数保留心衰患者为例,掷硬币法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组采取心衰合剂治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药参附强心汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果观察组总有效率94.00%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05).治疗后,心功能指标有所改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组6min步行试验结果高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对射血分数保留心衰患者采取心衰合剂结合参附强心汤治疗的效果确切,显著改善机体心功能.Objective To investigate the effect of Xinshuai mixture combined with Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on 6MWT and cardiac function in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.Methods 100 cases of heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction in our hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by coin tossing method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with heart failure mixture,and the observation group was treated with Shenfu Qiangxin decoction on this basis.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,cardiac function indexes were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the results of 6min walking test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Xinshuai mixture combined with Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on heart failure patients with preserved ejection fraction is exact,which can significantly improve the body's heart function.
