摘 要:为探索掺烧甲醇对某船用柴油机的性能影响,基于某V型常规增压柴油机,应用AVL-fire软件建立仿真模型,选取柴油机在额定负荷工作时,设置M0-M30共4组甲醇掺混比做仿真分析.结果表明:在额定负荷时,与纯柴油燃烧相比,随着甲醇掺混比增加,缸内最高爆压下降约12.9%,缸内温度峰值下降9%,NO生成质量分数下降69.8%,Soot生成质量分数升高51.5%.本文研究结果为甲醇作为船用柴油机代用燃料的实际应用提供数据基础。To explore the effect of methanol blending on the performance of a Marine diesel engine;Based on a V-type conventional turbocharged diesel engine,the simulation model was established by using AVL-FIRE software.When the diesel engine is working at rated load,four groups of methanol mixing ratio m0-M30 are set for simulation analysis.The results show that under rated load,compared with pure diesel combustion,with the increase of methanol mixing ratio,the maximum explosion pressure in cylinder decreases by about 12.9%,the peak temperature in cylinder decreases by 9%,the NO generation mass fraction decreases by 69.8%,and the Soot generation mass fraction increases by 51.5%.The results of this paper provide data basis for the practical application of methanol as an alternative fuel for Marine diesel engines.
