摘  要:随着重大装备的不断发展,对大型锻件提出了更高的要求,不仅规格和截面越来越大,而且内在质量也不断提高,传统的大型锻件制造方式难以满足上述要求。2016年,中国提出了创新驱动发展战略,进一步强调高端,2018年中国中央经济工作会议将推动制造业高质量发展作为重中之重,中国碳达峰和碳中和的目标对装备制造业的绿色制造提出了更高要求。本文从分析超大型锻件传统制造方式存在的问题入手,制定了增材制坯及模锻成形的技术路线。通过制造技术的变革性创新和1600 MN液压机等特种装备的研制,推动制造业高质量发展,为实现碳达峰和碳中和的目标而做出贡献。With the continuous development of major equipment,higher requirements have been put forward for large forgings.Not only are the specifications and sections getting bigger,and internal qualities are improving.The traditional manufacturing method of large forgings is difficult to meet the above requirements.In 2016 China released the outline of its national strategy for innovation driven development.Further emphasis on high end.The 2018 China central economic work conference has given the top priority to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.China’s goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral puts forward higher requirements for green manufacturing of equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the analysis of the traditional manufacturing methods of super-large forgings,the technical route of additive billet and die forging is established.Through the revolutionary innovation of manufacturing technology and the research and development of special equipment such as 1600 MN hydraulic press,the company promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing industry and makes contributions to the goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral.
