摘　　要：在分析常见钢管淬火机组的工艺特点和适用性的基础上,根据新的市场需求创新研发了半浸式钢管淬火机组。该机组的核心设备是半浸装置,可以实现钢管在外淋内喷淬火开始很短时间后同时进行半浸淬火,半浸淬火时钢管底部有一半左右浸没在水中。研发成果工业应用后,半浸式淬火机组生产的产品质量进步明显,取得了良好的效果。Based on the analysis of the process characteristics and applicability of common steel pipe quenching units,the semi-immersion quenching unit of steel pipe is innovated and developed according to the new market demand.The core equipment of the unit is the semi immersion device,which can realize the semi immersion quenching for the steel pipe after a short period of time after the external spraying and internal spraying quenching.During the semi-immersion quenching,about half of the bottom of the steel pipe is immersed in water.After the industrial application of the research and development achievements,the product quality of the semi-immersion quenching unit has improved significantly and achieved good results.
