摘 要:针对使用钳口助卷的精整机组,提出了一种新的自动收尾方法。考虑自动收尾工艺布置,推导了自动收尾角度和理想分切位理论计算公式,设置钳口相位检测开关检测钳口位置,基于自动收尾角度、理想分切位和钳口相位实施控制完成自动收尾。该方法克服了传统自动收尾方法只能控制带尾位置这一缺陷,在控制带尾位置的同时,实现了对钳口位置的控制,满足了使用钳口助卷精整机组的收尾要求,避免了卸卷问题,从而提高了成品卷卷芯质量、生产效率以及机组自动化程度。A new automatic tail end stop method is proposed for finishing line using jaw for coiling.The theoretical calculation formulas for automatic tail end stop angle and ideal dividing position are obtained with the consideration of technical layout for automatic tail end stop.The jaw position is detected by the jaw phase detection switch.The automatic tail end stop is completed based on the automatic tail end stop angle,the ideal dividing position and the jaw phase.It overcomes the defect that the traditional automatic tail end stop method can only control the position of the tail.The control of the jaw position is realized while controlling the tail position.The tail end stop requirements of finishing line using jaw for coiling are meet and the unloading problems are avoided.And thus the core quality of the finished coil and the production efficiency and the automation degree of the line are improved.
