摘  要:针对国内拉伸弯曲矫直理论缺乏整体研究的现状,以某厂的连续拉伸弯曲矫直机为研究对象,对厚度、宽度和屈服强度分别为2 mm、1200 mm和310 MPa的带材在拉弯矫直过程中的能量变化进行了研究。首先通过Ansys软件建立符合工程实际的有限元模型,继而进行计算和数据后处理。通过对计算结果的分析可知,该矫直过程所需的电机功率和机械效率分别为402.84 kW和94.297%。拉伸弯曲矫直过程中系统能量的转移和转化过程是电能转变为变形能、动能和内能,其实质是带材内部不均匀的原始变形能被张力放大单元和弯曲单元分别施加的弹性变形能与塑性变形能所抵消和均匀化。其他工艺参数固定时,较厚带材的变形能随张力的增大而减小。能量分析方法不仅为电机优选提供了理论依据,而且为工艺参数优化提供了方法。About the current situation of lack of overall research on domestic theory of tension leveler,energy change of the system in the process of straightening is studied.Take a continuous tensile leveler of a certain factory as research object,and the thickness,width and yield strength of the belt which is to be straightened are 2 mm,1200 mm and 310 MPa.First,FEM model that conforms to actual project is established by Ansys,and then calculation and data post-processing are executed.The analysis of the calculation results shows that the motor power and mechanical efficiency required for the straightening process are 402.84 kW and 94.297%,respectively.Transfer and transformation process of system energy in straightening is that electrical energy is transformed into deformation energy,kinetic energy and internal energy.The essence of this process is that uneven original deformation energy inside of the strip is offset and homogenized by the elastic deformation energy and plastic deformation energy applied from the tension amplification unit and bending unit respectively.When other process parameters are not varied,deformation energy of thicker strip decreases with the increase of tension.Energy analysis method not only provides a theoretical basis for motor optimization,but also provides a method for process parameter optimization.
