摘 要:我国堤防除险加固工作任务艰巨,而现行防渗体系构筑方法成槽深度不足并且成槽宽度较大,导致了施工过程中存在周期长、对坝体扰动大,刚性墙无法与大坝协调变形等问题。为了解决现行堤坝防渗体系构筑方法存在的缺陷,文章提出了一种新型的锯切成槽施工方案,实现了锯切成槽宽度不大于50 mm,最大成槽深度达到10 m。利用Mckeys-Ali模型与朗肯被动土压理论,建立刀具锯切粘土三维力学模型,构建切削力与土壤性质的关系式。采用欧拉-拉格朗日耦合法建立有限元模型,验证了理论计算的正确性。根据施工作业工况选取了锯切刀具材料,通过模拟仿真对链式切削刀具在不同几何参数下的切削性能进行了对比分析,确定了链式切削刀具结构,并对其强度进行了校核。文章旨在拓展堤坝防渗体加固技术的理论和方法,为今后新型高效的堤坝防渗加固成槽工艺提供了技术支撑。It’s an arduous task for China in levee reinforcement.The current construction method of seepage preventionsystem is insufficient in depth and large in width,which leads to the problems such as long period of construction,large disturbance to the dam body,and failure of rigid wall to coordinate deformation with the dam.In order to solve the difficult problems of the current methods for dam seepage prevention and reinforcement,this paper put forward a new construction scheme,which realizes that the groove width of sawing is no more than 50 mm,and the maximum depth of grooving is up to 10 m.Based on Mckeys-Ali model and Rankine’s passive earth pressure theory,a three-dimensional mechanical model for cutting clay is established in this paper,the relationship between cutting force and soil properties is constructed.The finite element model of soil is established by Euler Lagrange coupling method,itverifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation.The sawing tool materials are selected according to the construction conditions,the cutting performance of thechain cutting tool under different geometric parameters is compared and analyzed through simulation,the cutting tool structure is determinedand its strength is checked.This paper expands the theory and method of dam seepage prevention reinforcement technology,and provide technical support for new and efficient dam seepage prevention reinforcement grooving technology in the future.
