交往交流交融视域下深化城市民族关系路径研究——以广州市社区“民族之家”为例

摘　　要：随着城市化的推进,城市的少数民族人口不断增加,各民族的交往日益频繁,城市民族关系问题愈发突显。深化城市民族关系,维护民族团结,应全面贯彻民族交往交流交融的理念。创建广州市社区"民族之家",应从交往理念、管理机制、经济支撑、文化自信和社区保障等路径着手,加强民族间交流交往交融,深化民族情感,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。A surbanization continues to advance,the cross-regional floating population of ethnic minorities continues to increase,the exchanges and interaction between various ethnic groups in cities are increasingly frequent,and the problems of urban ethnic relations have become more prominent.To deepen urban ethnic relations and maintain ethnic unity,the concept of ethnic communication,exchanges and integration should be fully implemented.To this end,taking the construction model of the“national homes”in communities in Guangzhou as an example,this paper proposes a path for deepening urban ethnic relations from five aspects,namely,communication concept,management mechanism,economic support,cultural selfconfidence and community protection,to enhance communication,exchanges and integration among ethnic groups,deepen ethnic ties,and strengthen the Chinese national community awareness.
