摘　　要：为了提高蔗渣浆厂碱回收车间苛化工段的效率,该文分析了苛化工段中石灰消化对苛化工艺的影响,对目前蔗渣浆厂常用的石灰消化控制方法进行了总结,指出当前石灰消化控制方法的不足,并提出了基于串级及比值控制的新型石灰消化控制方案,提高了控制精度,降低了生产成本。In order to improve the efficiency of the caustic chemical section of the alkali recovery workshop in the bagasse pulp plant,this paper analyzes the impact of lime digestion in the caustic chemical section on the causticizing process,summarizes the lime digestion control methods commonly used in the bagasse pulp plant,and points out the disadvantage in current lime digestion control,and a new lime digestion control scheme based on cascade and ratio control is proposed,which improves the control accuracy and reduces the production cost.
