摘 要:为解决水运工程物理模型试验水位高精度自动化采集存在的精度不足问题,该文设计了一款基于STM32及NB-IOT的超声跟踪水位采集仪器。采集仪以STM32F103C8T6为主控芯片,EA01模块为通信单元,集成电机控制,高精度超声测距传感器,实现了重复精度0.2 mm的大量程高精度水位测量。完成了各功能模块设计,给出了MCU控制、信号调理、电机控制、OLED显示、数据存储、无线通信等主要模块的硬件电路设计方案。同时介绍了传感器的软件设计流程。通过实验室测试,结果表明该传感器使用方便、水位采集数据准确、传输数据快捷可靠,能够较好满足模型试验领域实际需要。In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy use automatic water level acquisition in physical model test of water transport engineering,a water level acquisition instrument based on STM32 and NB-IOT is designed.The sensor used STM32F103C8T6 microprocessor as the main control chip and EA01 module as communication unit,including integrated motor controler,high precision ultrasonic ranging sensor.Which realizes a large range and high precision water level measurement with repetition accuracy of 0.2 mm.This paper has realized the design of each function module,such as MCU control,signal conditioning,motor control,OLED display,data storage,wireless communication.At the same time,the software design flow of the sensor was introduce.Through laboratory tests,the results show that the sensor is conveniently to lay,can better meet the actual needs of model test field.
