摘 要:电机是电机系统的动力来源,它所产生的振动和噪声也直接影响着电机系统的系统功能,因此减小电机的振动噪声对电机整体性能提升很大。以8极48槽电动汽车的永磁电机为研究对象,对电力汽车的电磁噪声进行研究。首先用电磁场分析软件进行分析,得到在正弦电供电情况下汽车驱动电机气隙磁场中径向电磁力的阶数和频率特征;然后对电机外壳进行模态仿真,得到电机的模态响应以及固有频率特征;最后用声学仿真软件建立电机的声学网格,将电机中的电磁力和模态进行耦合。并且,对在一定工况下运转的电机进行声学测试,得到电机噪声的频率特性响应,发现与仿真结果相符。该电机噪声分析方法可以为分析不同类型的汽车电机噪声提供参考。The motor is the power source of the motor system,and the vibration and noise generated by it directly affect the system function of the motor system.Therefore,reducing the vibration and noise of the motor can greatly improve the overall performance of the motor.This paper takes the permanent magnet motor of 8-pole 48 slot electric vehicle as the research object,and studies the electromagnetic noise of electric vehicle.Firstly,the order and frequency characteristics of radial electromagnetic force in the air gap magnetic field of automobile drive motor under sinusoidal electric power supply are obtained by using electromagnetic field analysis software.Then,the modal response and natural frequency characteristics of the motor are obtained by modal simulation of the motor shell.Finally,the acoustic grid of the motor is established by acoustic simulation software to couple the electromagnetic force and mode in the motor.In addition,the acoustic test is carried out for the motor running under certain conditions,and the frequency response of the motor noise is obtained,which is consistent with the simulation results.The motor noise analysis method can provide reference for the analysis of different types of automobile motor noise.
