摘　　要：在全球能源转型背景下,斯伦贝谢、贝克休斯和哈里伯顿等国际油服公司积极求变、主动作为,纷纷确立新的战略定位和减排目标,在做强做优传统油服技术的基础上,将新能源业务领域作为公司新的增长点,坚持"技术为王"理念,逐步由传统油服公司向能源科技型公司转型发展。各公司坚信石油和天然气将继续在满足全球能源需求方面发挥必要作用,一方面推广高效能低排放的油气勘探开发技术,提供传统油气业务减碳解决方案;另一方面积极布局新能源前沿技术,加速新能源的开发和利用,打造转型发展"双引擎"。从公司组织着手,三大油服公司利用技术优势,成立专门部门,在传统油服业务外寻找新的发展空间;整合现有业务,变更组织架构,在公司业务部门中增加新能源业务开发职能。转型发展方式包括:在传统油气技术服务领域对高效低碳技术进行"升级改造";在传统优势技术领域联合其他公司"深耕细作";在新业务领域实行"拿来主义",快速进入市场。In the context of the global energy transition,such international oilfield service companies as Schlumberger,Baker Hughes,and Halliburton have actively pursued changes and taken the initiative to establish new strategic positioning and emission targets.On the basis of strengthening and improving the traditional oilfield service technology,they take new energy business as their new growth point,adhere to the concept that"technology is king",and gradually transform from a traditional oilfield service company to an energy technology company.They firmly believe that oil and gas will continue to play an essential role in meeting global energy demand.On the one hand,these companies promote high-efficiency and low-emission oil and gas exploration and development technologies,and provide carbon reduction solutions for traditional oil and gas business.On the other hand,they actively deploy new energy frontier technologies,accelerate the development and utilization of new energy,and create"twin engines"for transformation and development.Starting from the corporate organization,these three big oil service companies take advantage of their technical advantages and set up specialized departments to find new development space outside the traditional oil service business,integrate the existing business,change the organizational structure,and add the new energy business development function in the business department of the company.The transformational development approaches include upgrading efficient and low-carbon technologies in traditional oil and gas technology services,cooperating with other companies in the field of traditional advantage technology to work deeply and carefully,implementing"bringism"in new business areas and get to market quickly.
