摘  要:试验旨在研究粗纤维及铜对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。试验采用2×2两因素试验设计,选用24头体重(76±1.5)kg的军牧一号去势公猪,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。4组分别为6.32%粗纤维+25 mg/kg铜组(LN组)、6.32%粗纤维+45 mg/kg铜组(LA组)、9.69%粗纤维+25mg/kg铜组(HN组)、9.69%粗纤维+45mg/kg铜组(HA组)。预试7d,正试期56d。结果表明:HN组和HA组末重、日增重高于LN组(P<0.05),HA组耗料增重低于LN组和LA组(P<0.05);HA组血糖浓度低于LN组(P<0.05),HA组总蛋白高于LN组和LA组(P<0.05);HA组胴体斜长较高于LN组(P<0.05),HA组眼肌面积低于LN组(P<0.05);HA组a*值高于LN组(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,9.69%粗纤维+45 mg/kg铜对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质具有改善作用。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of crude fiber and copper on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs.The experiment adopted a 2×2 two-factor experimental design.A total of 24 castrated boars with similar body weight(76±1.5)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group.The diets of the four groups were 6.32%crude fiber+25 mg/kg copper group(LN group),6.32%crude fiber+45 mg/kg copper group(LA group),9.69%crude fiber+25 mg/kg copper group(HN group)and crude fiber+45 mg/kg copper group(HA group),respectively.Pre-feeding lasted for 7 days and formal feeding 56 days.The results showed that the final weight and daily weight gain in HN group and the HA group were significantly higher than that in LN group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight gain ratio in HA group was significantly lower than that in LN group and LA group(P<0.05).Blood glucose concentration in HA group was significantly lower than that in LN group(P<0.05),and total protein in HA group was significantly higher than that in LN group and LA group(P<0.05).Carcass oblique length was significantly increased in HA group compared with LN group(P<0.05),and ocular muscle area was significantly decreased in HA group compared with LN group(P<0.05).The value of A*in HA group was significantly higher than that in LN group(P<0.05).In summary,9.69%crude fiber+45 mg/kg copper had improved growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of finishing pigs.
