摘  要:为研究测定海水中六价铬含量的二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法,采用了丙酮-二苯碳酰二肼作显色剂,以不同标准曲线法测定海水中六价铬含量。通过定量限、正确度、精密度和加标回收率等试验对试验结果进行比较。试验表明,采用水、人工海水或市售无铬海水3种标准曲线配制方法,都能很好地满足试验要求,准确度高、重现性好,但从操作简单和经济环保方面考虑,以水配制标准曲线的方式更加适用于海水中六价铬测定。In order to study the determination method of hexavalent chromium in seawater by dibenzoyl dihydrazine spectrophotometry,the content of hexavalent chromium in seawater was determined by different standard curve method using acetone-diphenylcarbazide as chromogenic agent.The results were compared by limit of quantitation,accuracy,precision and spiked recovery.The results show that three standard curve preparation methods,namely water,artificial seawater or commercial chromium-free seawater,can meet the test requirements with high accuracy and good reproducibility.However,considering the simpleness of operation,the principle of economy and environmental protection,the method of preparing standard curve with water is more suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium in sea water.
