摘　　要：检察长列席人民法院审判委员会会议是司法体制改革成果的法律化、制度化体现。修订后的《人民检察院组织法》《人民法院组织法》对检察长列席监督制度都给予立法上的全面确认。在新时代检察工作格局中,新的监督理念和监督方式都给列席监督提出了新的课题。为此,有必要调整列席监督的职能定位,深刻认识检察监督工作面临的挑战,完善列席监督的立法规定并构建相应的工作机制。The chief procurator’s attending the trial committee meeting as non-voting delegates is a legal and institutionalized manifestation of the achievements of the judicial system reform.The revised“Organization Law of the People’s Procuratorate”and the“Organization Law of the People’s Court”give comprehensive legislative confirmation to the system of chief prosecutors’non-voting attendance and supervision.In the pattern of procuratorial work in the new era,new supervisory concepts and methods have raised new issues for non-voting supervisors.For this reason,it is necessary to adjust the functional positioning of non-voting supervision,deeply understand the challenges faced by procuratorial supervision,improve the legislative provisions for non-voting supervision,and build corresponding working mechanisms.
