摘　　要：政府购买公共法律服务制度可以为经济社会发展提供强有力的法治保障,对全面推进依法治国具有重要意义。目前该项制度的主要环节已经建立起相关机制,但这些机制仍存在一些问题需要解决。加强政府诚信机制建设,规范法律服务购买程序,建立多元的考核评估体系以及健全纠纷解决机制,是完善政府购买公共法律服务制度的必由之路。The system of government’s purchase of public legal services can provide a strong guarantee of the rule of law for economic and social development,and is of great significance to the overall promotion of the rule of law.At present,relevant mechanisms have been established in the main links of the system,but there are still some problems in these mechanisms that need to be resolved.Strengthening the construction of the government’s creditworthiness mechanism,standardizing the purchase procedures of legal service,establishing a diversified evaluation system and improving the dispute resolution mechanism are the only ways to improve the government’s purchase of public legal services.
