摘 要:目的探究连接酶链反应法(ligase chain reaction,LCR)、实时恒温扩增RNA技术(RNA real-time fluorescent constant temperature amplification detection,SAT)和环介导恒温扩增技术(loop mediated isothermal amplification technology,LAMP)对盆腔炎(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)患者宫颈沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachomatis,CT)和(或)解脲支原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)检测结果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月本院收治的PID患者186例,采集患者宫颈分泌物标本,分别采用LCR、SAT和LAMP方法检测CT、UU感染情况,比较不同方法的检测结果。结果186例PID患者中,CT感染率为20.43%,UU感染率为40.32%,CT+UU感染率为16.13%。不同年龄段PID患者CT、UU感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CT感染率在20~35岁患者中最高,UU感染率在36~40岁患者中最高(P<0.05)。SAT检测CT的准确率明显高于LCR和LAMP(P<0.05),LCR和LAMP检测CT的准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SAT和LAMP检测UU、CT+UU的准确率明显高于LCR(P<0.059),SAT和LAMP检测UU、CT+UU的准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PID患者中,20~35岁患者CT感染率较高,36~40岁患者中UU感染率较高;SAT在检测PID患者宫颈CT感染方面效果优于LCR和LAMP,检测UU感染方面效果与LAMP相当,且优于LCR。Objective To explore the detection results of cervical chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and/or ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)by ligase chain reaction(LCR),RNA real-time fluorescent constant temperature amplification detection(SAT)and loop mediated isothermal amplification technology(LAMP).Methods A total of 186 patients with PID admitted to the hospital were enrolled between May,2020 and May,2021.The specimens of cervical secretions were collected to detect CT and UU infection by LCR,SAT and LAMP.The detection results of different methods were then compared.Results In 186 patients with PID,the rates of CT infection,UU infection and CT+UU infection were 20.43%,40.32%and 16.13%,respectively.The differences in the rates of CT infection and UU infection among patients with PID in different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of CT infection was the highest in patients aged 20-35,while rate of UU infection was the highest in patients aged 36-40(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of SAT for detecting CT was significantly higher than that of LCR and LAMP(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the accuracy rate between LCR and LAMP(P>0.05).The accuracy rates of SAT and LAMP for detecting UU and CT+UU were significantly higher than those of LCR(P<0.059),but there was no significant difference in the accuracy rates between SAT and LAMP(P>0.05).Conclusion Among PID patients,infection rate of CT is the highest in patients aged 20-35 years old,while infection rate of UU is the highest in patients aged 36-40 years old.The detection efficiency of SAT for cervical CT infection in PID patients is better than that of LCR and LAMP,and its detection efficiency for UU infection is comparable to that of LAMP,and better than that of LCR.
