摘　　要：目的分析CK-MB质量检测与CK-MB活性检测在脑损伤合并胃肠道疾病患者样本中的检测结果。方法选择2019年8月至2020年8月收治的260例脑损伤合并胃肠道疾病患者作为观察组,30例单纯脑损伤患者作为A组,30例单纯胃肠道疾病患者作为B组,40例健康者作为C组;采用化学发光法开展CK-MB质量检测法,采用抗体抑制酶法开展CK-MB活力检测法;采用线性回归模型分析CK-MB活力和质量间关系,绘制ROC曲线分析CK-MB活力和质量鉴别诊断脑损伤合并胃肠道疾病价值。结果观察组血中CK-MB活力和CK-MB质量均明显高于A组、B组和C组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且CK-MB活力和CK-MB质量回归线性模型为CK-MB质量=0.4011×CK-MB活力-0.5462(R^(2)=0.9783);利用回归模型转化后两者患者CK-MB质量和CK-MB活力转化结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CK-MB质量检测预测脑损伤合并胃肠道疾病的灵敏度、特异性均明显高于CK-MB活力,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CK-MB质量检测预测脑损伤合并胃肠道疾病的灵敏度、特异性均明显高于CK-MB活力,相较于CK-MB活力,检测CK-MB质量的预测价值更高。Objective To compare test results of CK-MB quality detection and CK-MB activity detection in patient samples of brain injury and gastrointestinal diseases.Methods From August,2019 to August,2020,260 patients with brain injury combined with gastrointestinal diseases were selected as the observation group,while 30 patients with simple brain injury as group A,30 patients with simple gastrointestinal diseases as group B,and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled as group C;The quality of CK-MB was detected by chemiluminescence method,and the activity of CK-MB was detected by antibody inhibition enzyme method;Linear regression model was applied to analyze the relationship between CK-MB activity and quality,and ROC curve was drawn to analyze the value of CK-MB activity and quality in differential diagnosis of brain injury combined with gastrointestinal diseases.Results The blood CK-MB activity and CK-MB quality of the observation group were significantly higher than those of group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).The regression linear model of CK-MB activity and CK-MB quality was as following:CK-MB Quality=0.4011×CK-MB vitality-0.5462(R^(2)=0.9783);There was no significant difference in CK-MB quality and CK-MB vitality transformation results between the two for patients after transformation by regression model(P>0.05);For CK-MB quality detection prediction,the sensitivity,specificity and activity of brain injury combined with gastrointestinal diseases were significantly higher than those of CK-MB(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity,and activity of CK-MB quality testing in predicting brain injury combined with gastrointestinal diseases are significantly higher than that of CK-MB activity.Compared with CK-MB activity,CK-MB quality testing has a higher predictive value.
