摘　　要：介绍了应用OCS控制器连接吉利时K2000数字多用表实现压力变送器电流输出的自动标定,开发了吉利时K2000数字多用表的SCPI全协议栈远程控制上位机软件,方便用户进行功能设置、数据读取、SCPI命令测试和硬件测量接线,并对4mA~20mA功能测量列出了远程初始化、数据循环读取解析和远程终止复位的命令集。针对被标定压力变送器的寄存器地址,详细阐述了调用MODBUS-RTU协议读写压力变送器配置,实现电流输出通道自动化标定和电流准确度测试的逻辑过程。基于OCS控制器的自动标定系统具有良好的显示界面,方便用户进行交互式设置,实时数据读取。经应用测试,所研发的压力变送器电流自动标定系统可以稳定可靠地实现压力变送器电流标定,实现压力变送器生产的自动化,减少了现场计量的劳动强度,同时保证了测试的准确性。This paper introduces the automatic calibration of current output of pressure transmitter by using OCS controller connected with Geely K2000 digital multipurpose meter.The SCPI full-protocol stack remote control upper computer software of Geely K2000 digital multi-purpose meter is developed,which is convenient for users to set up functions,read data,test SCPI commands and connect hardware measurement.The command set for remote initialization,data loop read parsing,and remote termination reset is listed for 4 to 20mA function measurements.According to the register address of the calibrated pressure transmitter,the logic process of automatic calibration of current output channel and current accuracy test by calling Modbus-RTU protocol to read and write pressure transmitter configuration is described in detail.The automatic calibration system based on OCS controller has a good display interface,which is convenient for interactive setting and real-time data reading.Through the application test,the pressure transmitter current automatic calibration system developed can realize the pressure transmitter current calibration stably and reliably,realize the automation of the pressure transmitter production,reduce labor intensity of on-site measurement,and ensure the accuracy of the test.
