摘  要:LMA-1型低频力学谱仪在对新材料进行内耗测试的过程中,会因应变信号的失真而导致实验失败。本文设计了一个低频力学谱测试仪的应力激励装置,提出了该装置的系统设计方案,侧重基于二分搜索的控制方法设计,以便在新材料内耗测试前,利用其调试模式测定使应变信号不失真的最大有效控制字,保证内耗实验的顺利开展。Distortion of strain signals occurred during internal friction test with the LMA-1 Low Frequency Mechanical Spectroscopy for brand new materials, which could make the test fail. A stress excitation device for Low Frequency Mechanical Spectroscopy was designed and the system scheme was given. The design of the control method which based on the binary-search algorithm was the focus. The purpose of the design was to determine the maximum effective control words() before the internal friction testing of new materials in debug mode, which can eliminate distortion of strain signals. So, the internal friction testing for new materials can be carried out successfully.
